- Located with up to 30 minutes' travelling time to the city (awaiting time for transport not included) in the following suburbs: Sydney CBD, Pyrmont, Waterloo, Newtown, Alexandria, Leichhardt, St. Peters, Marrickville, Kingsford, Northbridge, Coogee, Bondi, Earlwood and Burwood.

- Inspected regularly by property managers every two weeks

- Provided with wireless internet and home line (only to receive calls);

- Facilitated with microwave, toaster, washing machine, mirrors in each room, student desks, personal wardrobe, etc.;

- Priced from A$ 135 for onshore* students and working holiday visa holders and A$145 for offshore students. (All bills included in the rent)
