Sharing accommodation is one of the most popular accommodation options for international students and working holiday visa holders in Australia and New Zealand. It is a great solution in terms of managing your daily costs of living and in addition, it is a great opportunity to meet and make friends with new people from different parts of the world, experience their culture and habits and most importantly, improve English skills.

It usually takes up to 30 minutes by public transport from our share houses in Sydney to the city centre. They are fully furnished also have wireless access (adsl+2) and a home line (only for incoming calls). All bills of internet, telephone, electricity, water are included.

Bond is a deposit required when you rent a place or move into a share accommodation. It is basically to cover damages that may happen during your stay. Generally, it must be paid before you move in and usually costs between two and four weeks of the rent value. You can get your bond back when you move out. However, if you have damaged the property, your bond will be taken fully or partially. So, be aware and look after the property like it is yours.

Rent is to be paid 2 weeks in advance – there are no exceptions. A late payment fee will apply, if the payment is delayed.

Prices can vary from AU$145 to A$ 500 per week for student share accommodation in Sydney.
