Homestay Student Cancellation

a) For cancellations made FROM 2 weeks TO 48 hours before the arrival date, we will charge: Placement fee.

b) For cancellations made 48 hours before arrival or less, there is NO REFUND of the total amount (placement fee and rent).

c) CozzyStay is not responsible for any external or personal reasons of cancellations (including delays or cancelling of flights, visas not approved, etc). Cancellation policy applies under any circumstances.

d) Early departure students must give two weeks’ notice by email to support@cozzystay.com.

e) There will be no refund given for periods booked up to 4 weeks. For refunds on periods greater than 4 weeks, a pro rata rate will be calculated and charged for the time in the accommodation according to the current rate card. The balance will be refunded through the representative if paid through a Representative or to the student if paid directly.
