Pickup Procedures

Before Arrival

Make sure that you have all information needed regarding your accommodation before you leave your country. You should take with you your accommodation’s address, a contact number and a few details about the place.
Don’t bring any food, plant or animal material into Australia. If you try to do this, the material will be taken away from you by the Australian Customs officials and it will delay your entry to Australia.
If you are under 18 or you have applied to go to high school in Australia, you must have a guardian until you complete Year 12. Make sure you know who will be your guardian in Australia. Also, you should know that you cannot change any guardian or living arrangements without prior permission from your school.

One of our representatives will be waiting for you at the Arrival Gate after you pass through Customs after you have collected your baggage.
As you come through the Arrival Gate, look someone from CozzyStay who will be holding a sign showing your full name in English characters. There are often many people holding signs, so look carefully for your name.
If you do not see your name, go to the meeting point. Our representative will find you there. Do not move away from the Arrival Area until we find you. Do not change any money, or make phone calls, or go to the shops – simply wait for us to find you.
Our representative will wait up to two hours from the arrival time.
If you need to contact us after your arrival in Sydney, our contact number is 0401 337723 (Thaio) or 0414324744 (Emre). If you are outside Australia, you must press country code 61 (Australia) before the mobile number above.
Our representative will take you to your homestay or share house. Be aware that we might also have other students to take to other places, but we will take you to your accommodation as quickly as possible.
Please follow the instructions above carefully. If not , Cozzystay will not accept any refund request.
